Delivery and Returns

When buying a product via this website you are purchasing from the sellers direct.


The product prices include delivery in the UK.

The items will be sent directly from the respective sellers. If you order products from multiple sellers they will be packed and dispatched together and may not arrive on the same day.

If you wish to cancel an order or return an item you must make contact with the seller within 14 days of receiving your goods.

Items must be returned in original packaging with no signs of use and/or damage.

Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: 

  • items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements;
  • items with a short shelf life (e.g. food);
  • items sold with a hygiene seal (e.g. cosmetics, underwear) where the seal is broken;
  • items with signs of use and/or damage.
