Bannock Gin is a uniquely made, "fruit cake" gin that uses Selkirk Gin as it's base.
Our local, traditional fruit cake, The Selkirk Bannock, is added to Selkirk Gin and allowed to macerate for approximately 12 weeks. The rich, buttery flavour and colours are thus released creating a "bannock in a bottle".
Bannock Gin is best served straight over ice, and treated as an after dinner spirit, to slowly sip on. Alternatively, the spicy, fruitiness of its flavours can be accentuated with the addition of ginger ale and a squeeze of lime over plentiful ice.
*Bannock Gin contains cereals containing Gluten (Wheat) and is not suitable for people who suffer with an intolerance to Gluten.
